Soccer

Mississauga Magic Soccer Club has been part of the Special Olympics Ontario community sports program for years and is sponsored by the Clarkson Soccer Club. This program is a fun competitive program for any adult with a developmental disability. We focus on developing physical fitness, team play, and friendly competitions, typically playing at the “D” level. Tournaments are usually played within the GTHA, but sometimes further afield. In the past, we have participated in several Provincial Games and in 2018 we sent a team to the Special Olympics Canada Summer Games. 

The program starts in late spring and runs through the summer months, on Wednesday evenings near Eglinton Ave. W. and Creditview Rd. 

Registration is required through the Special Olympics Ontario Portal, and is limited in the total number of athletes. Those interested in playing, please contact our Registrar (Wilma Lamey wlamey@rogers.com).
